Benchmark Quality Management Systems
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We adhere to
the dictates and principles of the ISO System in letter and spirits.
All our processes and systems comply with the European Standards. We
undertake regular internal and externals audits to keep improving the
processes and correcting them.
Being a leader in fabrication work, we are benefitted with

The 5S System
We implement the 5S workplace organizations methodology, i.e.
The 5 primary faces of 5S – Sorting, Straightening, Systematic Cleaning,
Standardizing and Sustaining – we add the additional 3 other faces to which
are Safety, Security and Satisfaction.
The systems help us to Organize Work, give Space for Efficiency and Effectiveness
by identifying and storing the items used, maintaining the area and items, and sustaining
Rigorous Quality Checking:
At EAI each person is trained and made responsible for his /her working. At all stages of production
the module controllers rigorously check the product and pass it only when it meets
all the parameters of the standards followed.
We have fully equipped bays for fabrication where products are manufactured and fabricated keeping
in mind all the quality requirement standards.
At the last stage of dispatch the product is checked, marked and stamped as approved and packed
suitably and is then transported to the desired destinations.
